THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
My background is in IT systems, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and automation. I bring that practical approach to your website and the work behind it. You work directly with me from the first conversation to the build and handover.
HOW WE GET THERE
We look at your customers, your website and the work you repeat. I help identify a useful starting point and what can sensibly be automated.
A website can be the whole project. We agree the deliverables, cost, access requirements and any tools or subscriptions before work begins.
You try a working preview with realistic examples. I check how the parts work together, including errors, missing information and human review.
We verify the live enquiry and agreed workflows before launch. You get access, instructions and a clear plan for support and maintenance.
CLEAR BEFORE WE START
A first conversation to understand the project and see if we’re a good fit.
Fixed projects are scoped and quoted before you commit. Design, build, testing and handover are included in the agreed scope.
One-hour initial minimum per new engagement, then 15-minute increments. Technical investigation starts only after you approve an estimate and spending cap.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Yes. A new website, a redesign or maintenance on an existing site can be the whole project. Tools and automation can be added when they solve a useful problem.
The complete setup we agree: design, build, configuration, testing and a practical handover. It can include your website, custom tools, AI and connections to existing software. I set out the scope, account ownership, running costs and support arrangements before work begins.
That’s the starting point. I offer IT consulting and setup, configuration, workflows and integrations for tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Freshservice and ManageEngine. Available connections, access permissions and subscription plans help determine what we can connect.
I start with repeatable tasks that have a clear benefit. AI can help read, summarise, draft and find information; fixed rules can handle predictable steps. We agree which actions can run automatically and which need your review, especially customer messages and business decisions.
Fixed projects start with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is invoiced at the agreed completion and due within 14 days. Hourly work is invoiced at completion or monthly, also due within 14 days. Additional scope, third-party costs, travel and purchases need your written approval. Hosting, AI usage and maintenance may have agreed ongoing costs; there are no automatic rush, late or renewal fees.
