THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

Hi, I’m Brodie.
Let’s make it work.

Brodie BrittainOwner, Brittain Technology Solutions

My background is in IT systems, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and automation. I bring that practical approach to your website and the work behind it. You work directly with me from the first conversation to the build and handover.

Based in Sault Ste. Marie.
Available for projects across Canada.

HOW WE GET THERE

A clear plan. A useful handover.

  1. 01

    Understand the day.

We look at your customers, your website and the work you repeat. I help identify a useful starting point and what can sensibly be automated.

  2. 02

    Agree the useful scope.

A website can be the whole project. We agree the deliverables, cost, access requirements and any tools or subscriptions before work begins.

  3. 03

Build it. Use it. Refine it.

You try a working preview with realistic examples. I check how the parts work together, including errors, missing information and human review.

  4. 04

    Make it yours.

We verify the live enquiry and agreed workflows before launch. You get access, instructions and a clear plan for support and maintenance.

CLEAR BEFORE WE START

Good work.
Clear costs.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we talk.

Can we start with just a website?

Yes. A new website, a redesign or maintenance on an existing site can be the whole project. Tools and automation can be added when they solve a useful problem.

What does a turnkey setup include?

The complete setup we agree: design, build, configuration, testing and a practical handover. It can include your website, custom tools, AI and connections to existing software. I set out the scope, account ownership, running costs and support arrangements before work begins.

Can you work with the tools I already use?

That’s the starting point. I offer IT consulting and setup, configuration, workflows and integrations for tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Freshservice and ManageEngine. Available connections, access permissions and subscription plans help determine what we can connect.

Can AI automate everything?

I start with repeatable tasks that have a clear benefit. AI can help read, summarise, draft and find information; fixed rules can handle predictable steps. We agree which actions can run automatically and which need your review, especially customer messages and business decisions.

How do payment and extra costs work?

Fixed projects start with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is invoiced at the agreed completion and due within 14 days. Hourly work is invoiced at completion or monthly, also due within 14 days. Additional scope, third-party costs, travel and purchases need your written approval. Hosting, AI usage and maintenance may have agreed ongoing costs; there are no automatic rush, late or renewal fees.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Let’s put your
ideas to work.

A new website, a redesign, or a tool that makes the day easier. Tell me what you do and what you would like to improve.

What happens next

I’ll reply by email. We can start with a free fit conversation of up to 20 minutes. Technical investigation is paid work, agreed separately with an estimate and spending cap before I begin.
