BEFORE WE TALK
A few useful answers.
Can I hire you for just a website?+
Yes. A new website, a redesign or maintenance on your current site can be the whole project. If a business tool or automation would help later, we can scope it separately.
What is included in a project?+
The work we agree: design, build, configuration, testing and handover. Your quote explains the deliverables, account ownership, running costs and support arrangements before you commit. If you need your website and business tools to work together, we can plan them as one project.
Can you work with the software I already use?+
Yes, where the software supports it. I offer IT consulting, setup and integrations for tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Freshservice and ManageEngine. We check the available connections, permissions and subscription requirements before agreeing the work.
Do I need AI as part of my project?+
Only if it helps with a specific task. AI can summarise, draft and find information; predictable steps may be better handled with fixed rules. We agree what can run automatically and what needs your review, especially customer messages and business decisions.
How do payment and extra costs work?+
New fixed projects use milestone payments: 40% to begin, 30% at the working preview, and 30% at handover. The quote sets out each milestone. Preview and handover invoices are due within 14 days; the initial payment is required before work begins. Hourly work is invoiced at completion or monthly, due within 14 days. Domain renewals, hosting, email licences, paid software, payment-processing and filing fees are separate and itemized before you approve the work. Additional scope, travel and purchases need your written approval.
