Bring your services, identity and contact route together in one place you can share.
WEBSITE DESIGN & REDESIGN
Give customers a clear picture of what you do, a feel for your business and an easy next step. A new website or redesign, shaped around the people you want to reach.

A GOOD STARTING POINT
You have work to show and a service people need. Your website should help them understand both.
Bring your services, identity and contact route together in one place you can share.
Replace unclear copy, awkward mobile pages or a look that no longer reflects your business.
Give real projects, photography and useful details the space they need to earn attention.
WHAT WE COULD BUILD
These are possible parts of a project. Your quote sets out the work we agree to include.
The first impression
Page structure, typography, colour and image choices can be developed around your identity. We decide which pages your customers actually need.
The useful details
The scope can include service copy, project stories, FAQs and contact details. Bring what you have; we agree where writing, photography or other assets are needed.
The next step
An enquiry, booking or intake flow can collect the information you need. We agree where requests go, what the visitor sees and which connections are required.
The finished experience
The quote sets out the mobile layouts, accessibility and performance checks, page metadata, launch work and editing or maintenance arrangements.
LOOK CLOSER
The Tate project shows a website connected to a contractor’s job workspace. The fictional concepts explore other ways a website can feel and behave.
Visit Tate Will Do It (opens in a new tab)HOW WE GET THERE
We talk through your customers, the job the site needs to do and what can be reused.
You see the proposed scope, content responsibilities, account ownership, costs and handover before work starts.
Review the design, read the copy and follow the enquiry route on different screens while there is time to refine it.
We check the live site and agreed features, then hand over access, instructions and the support arrangements we agreed.
CLEAR BEFORE WE START
You approve the scope and price before work starts. The quote sets out the design, build, testing and handover, along with any agreed running costs.
One-hour initial minimum per new engagement, then 15-minute increments. Technical investigation starts only after you approve an estimate and spending cap.
Fixed projects start with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is invoiced at the agreed completion and due within 14 days. Hourly work is invoiced at completion or monthly, also due within 14 days. Additional scope, third-party costs, travel and purchases need your written approval. Hosting, AI usage and maintenance may have agreed ongoing costs; there are no automatic rush, late or renewal fees.
BEFORE WE TALK
Yes. A new website, a redesign or maintenance on your current site can be the whole project. If a business tool would help later, we can scope it separately.
Bring what you have. We can include writing and help with the image direction in the scope, and agree any asset costs before they are incurred. The published site should use accurate business facts and images you have permission to use.
Yes. We start with what you want to change and the access available. Any technical investigation starts after you approve an estimate and spending cap. The findings help us decide whether targeted changes or a rebuild makes sense.
Your quote explains account ownership, agreed running costs and support arrangements. We decide how you will update the site and what maintenance you want before you commit.
The schedule depends on the agreed pages, content, connections and review time. We establish the delivery plan when we scope the work, including what you need to provide.
