Scope, payment & the practical details+
Know where you stand.
One business, one agreed design direction and two consolidated revision rounds. Additional pages, new features, integrations and migrations are quoted separately.
Your business accounts stay in your name. Your account access, operating notes and training come with the launch. Corrections to the agreed delivery are included for 30 days after launch.
Pay as the work progresses.
40% to begin, 30% at the working preview, and 30% at handover. The quote sets out each milestone. Preview and handover invoices are due within 14 days; the initial payment is required before work begins.
Domain registration and renewals, hosting, email licences, paid software, payment-processing and filing fees are separate and itemized before you approve the work.
Help when you need it.
One-off help: $95 CAD / hour, plus applicable tax. One-hour initial minimum per new engagement, then 15-minute increments. Technical investigation starts after you approve an estimate and spending cap.
Free fit conversation, up to 20 minutes. Optional care from $99 CAD / month.
Optional care after launch+
Basic Care
$99 CAD / month, plus tax.
Up to 30 minutes of service time per month.
Routine care for your agreed website or tools.
Care Plus
$199 CAD / month, plus tax.
Up to 60 minutes of service time per month.
Routine care and small updates as your business changes.
Care & Improvements
$299 CAD / month, plus tax.
Up to 90 minutes of service time per month.
More time for routine care, support and improvements.
Care is optional. Each monthly allowance covers all service time, including routine maintenance, support and changes. Platform costs are separate. Response times and the systems covered are agreed in writing; extra work needs approval.
Registration-step help can be added to the smaller packages; Complete includes up to four hours of setup assistance. You approve and submit filings. Google and social profiles, shops and extra automation are quoted separately.

Can I just get a website?+
Absolutely. A new site, a redesign or help with your current site can be the whole project. You can add branding, business setup or tools later, when they make sense.
What if I’m starting from nothing?+
Bring your idea. We can work through your name, simple brand kit, website, domain and business email. Registration-step help, socials, shops and extra features can be added to your quote. You own the accounts and approve and submit business filings.
Can you work with my existing tools?+
Where the software supports it, yes. We check the available features, permissions and subscription needs before agreeing the work. You do not need a new website to make one everyday task easier.
What about AI?+
AI can help with a specific job such as drafting or summarising. Sometimes straightforward rules are the better answer. We agree what can run automatically and what needs human review, especially customer messages and business decisions.
Can my site use more than one language?+
Yes. We can plan multilingual pages and layouts that suit your writing system. You or an agreed translator review the wording. Translation and extra pages are quoted separately.
