A DIRECT LINE TO THE PERSON BUILDING IT

Your ideas.
My full attention.

Brodie BrittainOwner, Brittain Technology Solutions

I’m Brodie Brittain. My background is in IT systems, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and automation. I bring the design and the technical details together, so you have one person to work with from the first idea through to launch and handover.

  • Talk directly to the person doing the work.
  • See a working preview before launch.
  • Leave with access, instructions and a support plan.

Based in Sault Ste. Marie. Working across Canada.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO LAUNCH

You’ll know what happens next.

  1. 01

Tell me what needs to change.

We talk about your business, your customers and what is getting in the way. You can bring a clear brief or a problem you want help working through.

  2. 02

    Know what you’re getting.

You get an agreed scope and price, including what will be delivered, the access needed and any ongoing costs. A website can be the whole project.

  3. 03

See it before it goes live.

Try a working preview and give feedback while it takes shape. I test the agreed features with realistic examples, including what happens when something goes wrong.

  4. 04

    Launch with a clear handover.

We check the live site and agreed workflows. You get access, instructions and a clear plan for support and maintenance, so you know how to use what we built.

BEFORE WE TALK

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Ask me something else
Can I hire you for just a website?

Yes. A new website, a redesign or maintenance on your current site can be the whole project. If a business tool or automation would help later, we can scope it separately.

What is included in a project?

The work we agree: design, build, configuration, testing and handover. Your quote explains the deliverables, account ownership, running costs and support arrangements before you commit. If you need your website and business tools to work together, we can plan them as one project.

Can you work with the software I already use?

Yes, where the software supports it. I offer IT consulting, setup and integrations for tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Freshservice and ManageEngine. We check the available connections, permissions and subscription requirements before agreeing the work.

Do I need AI as part of my project?

Only if it helps with a specific task. AI can summarise, draft and find information; predictable steps may be better handled with fixed rules. We agree what can run automatically and what needs your review, especially customer messages and business decisions.

How do payment and extra costs work?

Fixed projects start with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is invoiced at the agreed completion and due within 14 days. Hourly work is invoiced at completion or monthly, also due within 14 days. Additional scope, third-party costs, travel and purchases need your written approval. Hosting, AI usage and maintenance may have agreed ongoing costs; there are no automatic rush, late or renewal fees.
